We are currently looking for a Senior Specialist Technical to join our team in Brampton and support our Field Quality Investigations department.
A Day in the Life:
Working with our Field Quality Investigations (FQI) team to install test and confirm failure modes of various collected warranty parts
Shipping FQI-related incident parts to various countries
Receiving and evaluating warranty collection parts related to FQI investigations
Maintaining the fleet of vehicles for our Total Customer Satisfaction department
Supporting Corporate Vehicles and Media Relations Departments
Maintaining FQC shop and tools
Coordinating and supporting FQI test activities such as installation of winter test-related equipment testing new models under defined parameters and documentation of test results
Who Were Looking for:
Required:
Ontario Automotive Service Technician Certificate of Qualification or equivalent
5 years experience in the Automotive Service Technician trade
Well organized individual with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a quickly changing environment
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Knowledge of proper shipping and handling methods
Active Drivers License with a clean Drivers Abstract and no criminal record
Dangerous Goods and Forklift certification is a bonus
Desired:
Nissan/Infiniti Senior or Master Tech qualification
