Role Overview
Were looking for an Associate Data Team Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of data management services across single or multi-service projects. Youll ensure high-quality deliverables lead project planning and execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on data management deliverables.
Lead project planning execution and close-out activities with minimal guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure timely delivery.
Support financial tracking budget management and change order processes.
Contribute to process improvements and technology implementation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GCPs SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in health clinical biological or mathematical sciences.
12 years of direct data management experience including at least 6 months as a CDM project lead (preferred).
Proven experience managing study delivery through the full data management lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology pharmacology and clinical development processes.
Excellent communication problem-solving and project management skills.
