Manage resources and logistics required to support services and maintenance activities to repair and refurbish F414 engines at Naval Air Station (NAS) Lemoore. These activities include but not limited to direct customer interaction via daily walkthrough and onsite training customer data analysis in support of GE Fleet Support PBL material management and standardizing material flow processes. Work closely with onsite GE Field Service representative and GE PBL contact / material team located in Lynn MA.

Site Overview

This role is based at Naval Air Station (NAS) Lemoore where GE Aerospace supports the maintenance and repair of F414 engines under the Fleet Support PBL contract. At NAS Lemoore youll work closely with Navy personnel and GE teams in a collaborative environment that emphasizes respect safety and operational excellence.

Role Overview

As a Customer Logistics Support Specialist you will act as the single point of contact for logistics and material management for the F414 Fleet Support PBL contract. This role is on-site at NAS Lemoore and involves direct customer interaction data analysis and process improvement to ensure timely and effective support for engine maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary logistics contact for the customer ensuring timely resolution of concerns related to the F414 Fleet Support PBL contract.
  • Become a subject matter expert on F414 engine hardware and configurations providing guidance on maintenance practices and facilitating onsite training aligned with Navy manuals.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs with engine shops repair lines squadrons and warehouses to identify material issues bottlenecks and logistics needs.
  • Analyze customer usage data to predict changes in Navy demand and communicate with Fleet Support PBL material managers to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Perform data analysis on hardware scrap material replacement rates (MRR) and beyond conditional maintenance (BCM) to support GE material management.
  • Deploy Flight Deck and Lean principles through Daily Management Standard Work and proactive problem-solving to improve processes at NAS Lemoore.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or aerospace maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interacting with or understanding Navy/NAVSUP and military engines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Established project management skills and ability to document plan and execute programs.

  • Scheduled Weekly Hours:40 hours.
  • Work Authorization:Must comply with U.S. immigration and legal requirements.
  • Physical Requirements:May involve standing walking and lifting as required by the role.

The base pay range for this position is $ 93800.00 - 124900.00USD Annual
