Procurement Contractual Role.

Main tasks:

• Delivering support to business via e-mail and phone
• Processing items in systems & workflows (SAP Ariba etc)
• Supporting Procurement Administration department in routine tasks
• Supporting projects (Direct & Indirect procurement)
• Preparing reports

Requirements:

• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Interest to develop in procurement or logistics area
• Previous work experience (Procurement AP Supply Chain) or strong background of voluntary activities
• Able to work in MS Office environment especially Excel
• Willingness to learn new IT systems (SAP Ariba etc)
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Attention to details
• At least on 2nd year of studies
