About the position:

The Netskope Senior Manager Regional Sales will come on board with the full support of the executive team. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company. You are an expert at mapping business solutions to the most complex security challenges of customers. You understand the competition and have the desire to win market share. You are able to monitor and help the team with the right operational cadence to make sure all your team is reaching quota and have the right activity level to deliver the expected :
  • Directly supervise a team of sales representatives based in key markets includingChile Argentina Peru and Colombia.
  • Lead from the front with hands-on coaching and support to develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth.
  • Customer-first focus to drive exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive consistent operational cadence and communicate effectively throughout the organization forecast accurately add value in sales cycles and enhance our culture.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
  • Hire train and manage top-caliber Territory Account Managers.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Direct staffing training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
  • Be an integral part of the sales leadership team foster a positive achievement-oriented environment while supporting and maintaining the companys culture and reputation of integrity.
Job Requirements:
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • 10-15 yearsexperience working within a technology sales organization.
  • 5 years of sales leadership experience(e.g. as a Director or Senior Sales Manager) leading high-performing quota-carrying teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the regionand the business/political dynamics of the countries included in the role.
  • Successful track record sellingsecurity and networking technologies(e.g. Proxies Next Generation Firewalls SSL/IPSec VPNs SSO DLP SASE) to large enterprises.
  • Verifiable track record ofpersonally or as a team leader exceeding quota.
  • Proven experience managing a channel-based sales model;deep working relationships with key local re-sellers distributors and national partners in the region.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit train retain and motivate sales teams.
  • Prior management of territories generating over$30 million in revenue.
  • Resides in Santiago Chile.
  • Ability totravel 40%-55%within the region.
Education:
  • Bachelor Degree Preferred
