Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated BSW LSW to join our team and provide therapeutic group services for children ages 38. In this role you will:
- Create a safe engaging and supportive therapeutic environment for children.
- Lead Group Day Treatment Psychoeducational sessions as the rendering provider.
- Support treatment goals maintain accurate clinical documentation and work closely with the treatment team to achieve excellent outcomes.

Schedule
- Variable hours between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
- Flexibility to accommodate work-life balance
Compensation
- $20 per completed note

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate therapeutic group sessions (2.5-hour blocks).
- Maintain a safe structured and positive learning environment for children.
- Implement the Positive Leaps model of care and curriculum to support clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to communicate progress and coordinate care.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Ohio laws payer requirements and organizational policies.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills in managing classroom dynamics.
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Social Work and active license (BSW LSW) required.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Passion for working with children ages 38.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a physically active setting and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Work Environment & Considerations
- Exposure to loud noise including frequent crying or screaming.
- Potential for physical aggression from children in care.
- Possible exposure to blood and bodily fluids.
