We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our this role youll have the opportunity to control the sale ensure smooth delivery and maximize profitability with every transactionwhile providing customers with the ultimate buying experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Commission-based pay Annual earnings between $40000 $150000 depending on experience and performance

Essential Duties
As our F&I Manager you will:
Safeguard dealership gross profit from external financing impacts
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance partners
Maximize revenue through credit insurance service contracts GAP coverage and maintenance plans
Accurately process all sale paperwork and ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations
Secure payoff and insurance details for all deals
Convert cash buyers to financing opportunities
Provide 100% turnover of customers to the F&I department
Educate sales teams on financing insurance and extended service products
Collaborate with sales managers to ensure each sale is profitable
Maintain a neat organized and professional workspace
Requirements
Willingness to complete continuing education
Strong knowledge of various financial sources and ability to build lender relationships
Ability to handle all federal state and dealer paperwork for transactions
Professional ethical and customer-focused
Previous F&I Manager or automotive finance experience preferred
