Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Management experience or desire to manage a diverse team.
- Highly organized efficient and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work within a team.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and across teams and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Qualifications
- 8 years in financial content management or project management.
- MBA degree or professional qualification with a bachelors degree or equivalent required.
- Experience in using content management systems such as CMS Mthode is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team within the Methodology Development Group supporting the publication process for methodologies assessment frameworks related press releases and other documents.
- Lead process improvements.
- Manage periodic reporting ensuring high accuracy and completion in a timely manner.
- Manage periodic audit compliance and regulatory requests.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders globally to gather necessary information and ensure consistent process execution.
- Address ad hoc requests supporting MDG and other teams as needed including analyzing publication content for consistency using emerging technology.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations coaching and professional development planningfor team members.
About the team
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Vice President (AVP)-Data Management to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a team in Bangalore supporting the Methodology Development Group (MDG) globally and focusing on the publication process for methodologies assessment frameworks and related documents. Publications are a key part of the methodology and assessment framework development process at Moodys Ratings. Additionally the role involves managing publication-related special projects proposing and implementing process improvements and communicating effectively across teams.
