Job Summary
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with 6 years of experience to design build and optimize data pipelines and architectures that enable advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern data engineering tools and frameworks with a passion for solving complex data challenges and delivering scalable high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data models and data architectures to support business and analytics needs.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL Python PySpark Scala and Airflow.
- Work with Azure ADLS for data storage and management.
- Ensure data validation quality and integrity across all stages of data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions within agreed timelines.
- Troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Explore and integrate GenAI capabilities into data workflows leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot and agent-based workflows.
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- Programming: SQL Python PySpark Scala
- Data Platforms: Azure ADLS
- Workflow Orchestration: Airflow
- Data Modeling & Architecture
- ETL Development & Data Validation
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Snowflake Polars SingleStoreDB and Postgres
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and usage including GitHub Copilot and agent workflows
