Job Title: Director of Business Development
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales and marketing teams to new heights. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our field sales representatives and digital marketing initiatives driving revenue growth and ensuring the achievement of company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of field sales representatives and digital marketing professionals to exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies processes and SOPs for onboarding training and ongoing development of the sales team.
- Track analyze and report on budget performance revenue targets and key performance indicators to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Drive initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth including digital marketing campaigns lead generation programs and sales tactics.
- Collaborate across departments to create a cohesive data-driven sales and marketing approach.
- Coach team members to enhance their skills performance and motivation.
- Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership preferably in restoration.
- Strong team management and coaching skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies processes and SOPs.
- Expertise in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and track budgets and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
