Role Overview

Outbound Account Executive

As an Outbound Account Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving new business building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & close new business through strategic prospecting.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations and deliver high-impact product demos.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Account Manager

As an Account Manager youll manage Motives largest revenue stream by driving growth and retention within our SMB CMRL and MM customer base. This role requires strong relationship-building skills consultative selling and the ability to identify expansion opportunities while ensuring customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate executive relationships to identify and drive strategic account growth.
  • Accelerate client value realization through data-driven insights and strategic demos.
  • Proactively managed renewals to ensure high client retention and minimize churn.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer success.
  • Build deep product and market expertise to provide consultative client insights.
  • Consistently exceeded revenue growth and retention goals.

Sales Development Representative

As a Mid-Market Outbound SDR youll be on the front lines of our sales efforts - proactively identifying and engaging potential customers to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & engage with potential customers via calls emails and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct consultative conversations to identify business challenges.
  • Qualify and nurture leads before passing them to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce and CRM tools.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on market trends and feedback.

What makes a great fit:

  • 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience (preferably with US/Canada/UK clients).
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to engage executive stakeholders and drive decision-making.
  • Bachelors degree (preferably from US/UK/Canada) or equivalent experience.
  • Availability to work 6 AM - 3 PM Pacific Time.
