Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Application Software Engineer!
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Object Oriented Design and Development specializing desktop applications with C# wpf. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MVVM architecture design patterns and SQL-based data integration Entity Framework. This role demands proficiency in development tools like Visual Studio and documentation tools like Microsoft Visio along with familiarity in modern development accelerators such as GitHub Copilot and ALM tools like Polarion.
Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain robust Windows/Desktop applications using C#.Net framework and WPF.
Apply Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns to build scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Implement MVVM architectural framework to ensure clean separation of concerns and testability.
Integrate SQL Server-based data operations including querying performance tuning and schema design.
Use Visual Studio for coding debugging and deployment of applications.
Create and maintain design documentation using Microsoft Visio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize GitHub Copilot to enhance development productivity and code quality.
Manage project requirements test cases and traceability using Polarion ALM.
Participate in code reviews unit testing and continuous integration processes.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in CS/E&C/IS with Overall Working experience of 8 Years WPF platform
Proven experience in software design development with best practices.
Strong understanding of Design end goals Architecture styles Design patterns and principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Design and Development with hands-on experience in applying Design Patterns and implementing the MVVM architectural framework.
Proficient in Windows/Desktop applications using C# .NET Framework and WPF with solid integration of SQL-based data operations.
Skilled in using Visual Studio for development and Microsoft Visio for design and documentation.
Experienced with Entity framework and Microsoft SQL Server Management and Studio for database design querying and performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Experience with DevExpress or other third-party UI frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub.
Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and documentation abilities.
Proficient in leveraging GitHub Copilot to accelerate development workflows and enhance code quality.
Familiar with Polarion ALM for project management requirements tracking and test case documentation.
