About the Position

Do you have a passion for creativity and love the idea of helping others bring their designs to life as stickers At StickerApp youll be part of a team where stickers arent just products theyre a way to inspire imagination self-expression and community.

This is a full-time assignment starting immediately. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at StickerApp. The assignment runs until the end of the year with good opportunities for extension or transfer to StickerApp.

In this role you will support StickerApps global customer base helping them find the best sticker solutions for their needs. Most communication happens via email and you will guide customers with both simple and complex inquiries often turning small projects into long-term business opportunities. Together with your colleagues you ensure excellent service while identifying new sales opportunities.
Since creativity is at the heart of StickerApp you will also have the chance to inspire customers share ideas and celebrate the endless possibilities that stickers bring to both individuals and brands.

Your tasks include:

• Providing professional customer support via email
• Guiding customers with product- and order-related inquiries
• Suggesting alternative products and solutions (upselling and cross-selling)
• Preparing print files (training provided)
• Inspiring customers with StickerApps passion for stickers and the creative freedom they enable

Education Experience and Personal Characteristics

• Previous experience from customer service customer support or other service-oriented roles
• Strong written communication skills fluent in English
• Additional language skills (such as Swedish or other European languages) are a plus
• A graphic eye and passion for good design/stickers (NOT a graphic designer role!)

To succeed in this role you are driven service-minded and passionate about helping customers. You enjoy writing and communicating via email and are motivated to deliver high-quality support. You are creative and curious with a business mindset and the ability to identify new opportunities. Collaboration is key and you feel comfortable working with colleagues across different countries.

Above all you share StickerApps enthusiasm for creativity and see stickers as a fun expressive and powerful tool for self-expression.

Location: Lomma Sweden (on-site at the factory)
Salary: Upon agreement
