Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and oversee the delivery of accounting services. Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting

Conduct financial analysis and review financial statements to support client decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Client Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their needs and delivering strategic financial guidance.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

Risk & Compliance

Identify risks within engagements and develop mitigation strategies.
Stay current with changes in accounting regulations and industry trends.

Quality Assurance

Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency in service delivery.
Conduct periodic reviews to assess project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting with a focus on client management and project oversight.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial analysis and regulatory compliance.
