Job Summary

We are seeking a Sportsbook CRM Manager to oversee customer relationship management operations for our global sportsbook. This role is highly operational and dynamic requiring close collaboration with trading marketing customer support affiliates and external CRM providers. The successful candidate will manage campaigns monitor performance track bonus budgets and ensure seamless delivery of sportsbook promotions and content.

This is a remote position with flexible shift options but also requires availability to assist as needed (16/7 coverage).

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Campaign Management
:

  • Segment databases according to trading profiles.
  • Manage VAIX templates.
  • Execute and optimize campaigns via SendGrid / Mailgun.
  • Draft campaign Terms & Conditions.
  • Manage promotions tournaments and free bets.


Content & Communication:

  • Update Gamdom CMS daily.
  • Upload site banners and request new assets weekly.
  • Maintain and update the monthly sports calendar.
  • Support social media and affiliate teams with requests.


Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and prevent bonus abuse.
  • Report weekly on campaign performance.
  • Monitor budget spend vs. monthly forecasts.
  • Liaise with 3rd-party CRM providers and act as internal stakeholder for CS queries.


Trading & Market Awareness:

  • Support trading analysis and player profiling.
  • Compare competitor offers for promotional benchmarking.
  • Flag VIP opportunities and suspicious player behavior.


Example Shift Routine:

  • Review previous days activity for outliers and suspicious bonus behavior.
  • Activate relevant mailing campaigns and upload banners/content.
  • Request new assets based on upcoming events.
  • Monitor promotion performance and align costs with budget forecasts.
  • Track bonus usage and prevent double allocations.
  • Support CS with bonus/promo queries.
  • Coordinate with trading analysts and VIP management.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in sportsbook CRM trading or related field (trading experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of sportsbook operations; esports knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools campaign management platforms (SendGrid Mailgun) and CMS.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to track performance and budgets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts (95 CET or 311 CET daily) and remain available when needed (16/7 coverage).
