Quality Engineer | Full Time (m/w/d)

With a team of around 20 people working from our offices in Germany and remotely were searching for talented individuals who share our passion for continuous learning and tackling challenges alongside our founding team.

Tasks

As the Quality Engineer at CONROO youll be part of our dynamic tech team working hand-in-hand with developers to make sure all our products are reliable high-performing and secure. Youll take ownership of our quality assurance processes enhancing and scaling them and bring automation to the next level. Your work will directly shape the trust our customers place in CONROOs technology.

• QA Staretgy: Define and build our QA strategy processes and standards entirely from scratch.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers product managers and designers to embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.
• Automated Testing: Introduce and scale automated testing frameworks and tools that boost both reliability and efficiency.
• Testing & Team Support: Balance hands-on testing with enabling the team to take shared ownership of quality.

Requirements

Essential skills and experiences:

• Minimum 35 years of experience in quality assurance
• Hands-on experience in setting up and executing Software Quality standards
• Experience in E2E test automation with tools like Cypress
• Strong understanding of QA metrics and strategies with the ability to analyze results and drive continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Postman for API testing
• Experience with RESTful web services and WebSockets
