Senior Project Manager
- Works directly with the clients users and decision makers.
- Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements envisioning system features and functionality.
- Provides oversight of project team and task management.
- Maintain project timelines coordinate meetings and ensure on-time delivery.
- Serves as a liaison between technical resources and business users.
Work activities:
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Design scalable Power Platform architecture
- Define and implement security and governance policies
- Provide user support and technical troubleshooting
- Conduct stakeholder reviews and feedback sessions
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables
- Design and implement KPIs and performance indicators in Power BI
- Conduct regular team meetings and project updates
- Adhere to data privacy and compliance standards
Skills/experience of the assigned staff
Required Skills:
- Strong project management skills using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies
- Expertise in managing IT and software development projects involving Microsoft Power Platform
- Familiarity with public sector workflows especially in law enforcement or government agencies
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage conflicting priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project Teams SharePoint and project tracking tools (e.g. Azure DevOps or Jira)
Required Experience:
- 8 years of project management experience in enterprise software environments
- 3 years managing Power Platform or Microsoft 365-based projects
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with business technical and vendor teams
- Experience leading data governance or digital transformation projects
- Prior experience working with a police department or public safety agency is strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering complex applications on time and within budget
