Job Description

We are looking for a Clients Project Analyst to support the growth and retention of Legal & Generals DC business by providing a comprehensive service to the Client Projects Team Business Development Team Client Relationship Teams and agreed clients using effective project management methodology organisation and communication approaches. 

What youll be doing:

  • Leading and managing small to medium-sized low-complexity client projects producing appropriate documentation that demonstrates active project management
  • Coordinating relevant teams by arranging project meetings preparing agendas facilitating discussions documenting actions and taking the lead for agreed clients
  • Supporting the transfer process by assisting clients in moving assets into Legal & General DC workplace products
  • Assisting senior team members with new business opportunities during tender beauty parade and site visit stages by producing opportunity-specific project documentation
  • Collaborating with senior members of the Client Projects team on larger more complex client projects contributing to project plans meeting notes and other documentation while using the experience for personal development
  • Maintaining effective communication with all parties involved in the implementation both external and internal to Legal & General according to agreed roles and responsibilities which may include supporting and updating internal and external project plans
  • Reviewing and maintaining project plans transition process maps and other project management templates to enhance quality and efficiency while keeping divisional MI for agreed projects up to date in real time via Salesforce
  • Conducting Post Implementation Reviews with agreed clients collecting and sharing feedback appropriately to improve future approaches and support testimonial use and facilitating lessons learned sessions with all involved parties as needed

Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

  • Knowledge or understanding of workplace pension product solutions and marketplace
  • Demonstrable communication skills the ability to articulate and convey information in a clear and compelling manner in writing and in person
  • Experience dealing with external clients 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
  • Understanding of project management process preferably with some project management experience
  • Confident willing to take initiative and be a team player
  • Ability to build good working relationships with professionals across the business internally and externally
  • Highly organized. Able to deal with multiple tasks at the same time with an excellent attention to detail
