About the Role
We are seeking Spanish-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a dynamic international team in Lisbon. If you have previous experience in customer service enjoy problem-solving and want to grow your career in a supportive environment this is your chance to join a fast-growing project with excellent conditions.
What Youll Do
Deliver top-quality customer support in Spanish (via phone chat and email).
Handle inquiries and provide professional solutions to customer issues.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
What Were Looking For
Native or fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level)
Previous experience in customer service (call center retail hospitality etc.)
Good level of English (B2) for internal communication
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Available to start in late September or October 2025
