Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Specialist (Night shifts) with advanced English skills to join our client in this role you will handle customer interactions provide excellent service and support clients with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone email or chat in English.

Handle inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions.

Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.

Contribute to a positive team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work night shifts on-site in Athens.

Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage but not required.

Contract: - Permanent contract
- Working hours: 40h per week is 8 hours per day / 5 days a week
