Job Summary

Job Title: Serbian Customer Support Specialist B2C

Location: Bulgaria On-Site
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 21:00 (8 hour shifts)

  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 to 20:00 (8 hour shifts)
    Languages: C1/C2 Serbian preferred English B2

Who We Are:
We are looking for a Serbian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our on-site B2C team in Bulgaria. You will provide high-quality support to customers assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.

What Youll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels.

  • Provide guidance and solutions on products and services.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall customer experience.

What Were Looking For:

  • Native Serbian (preferred) and English B2.

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work on-site in Bulgaria.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 2900 BGN gross/month

  • Working model: B&M (on-site)

  • Monthly Allowances: 50 BGN net for transport/internet

  • Additional Benefits:

    • Night work pay (if applicable)

    • Bonus for important life events (marriage birth/adoption university graduation): 500 BGN

Relocation Support:

  • Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 490 BGN after 6 months from start date (upon submission of travel documents)

  • Temporary hotel accommodation booked upon arrival confirmation (employee responsible if plans change without notice)
