Overview
Were looking for a product leader to define strategy and delivery for a portfolio of AI and data-driven solutions. This role offers flexible remote or hybrid work options with salary and bonuses tied directly to performance and KPIs. It emphasizes scalable adoption of AI in enterprises supported by strong compliance audit and ethical frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage product roadmaps value hypotheses and success metrics.
- Oversee delivery of AI products including RAG digital tax solutions and Big Data tools.
- Establish frameworks for model audits ethics traceability and procurement standards.
- Engage with senior stakeholders compliance experts and international partners.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering legal and business teams to align product development with compliance needs.
- Identify new opportunities where AI can transform enterprise processes and create measurable business value.
Requirements
- 8 years in product leadership (AI regtech or enterprise tech).
- Experience developing compliance or legal frameworks for emerging technologies.
- Strong skills in prioritization measurement and product lifecycle management.
- Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages a plus.
