Job Summary

Overview

Were looking for a technology leader to define and scale the AI architecture standards for a group of companies. The CTO will set technical direction across the portfolio ensuring reliable secure and compliant deployment of multi-agent AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and manage the reference architecture for AI platforms and multi-agent orchestration.
Oversee data quality governance and traceability frameworks across subsidiaries.
Manage MLOps pipelines observability and GPU/cloud resources.
Set standards for security compliance and ethical use of AI across the group.
Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams creating scalable and high-performance capabilities.
Partner with product and business leaders to align AI investments with group strategy.
Assess emerging technologies and vendors guiding build-vs-buy decisions across the portfolio.

Requirements

8 years in distributed systems ML platform architecture or large-scale AI deployments.
Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure MLOps and secure-by-design practices.
Experience leading technical audits and certifications in enterprise environments.
Proven record of scaling engineering teams across different business contexts.
Fluency in English and Russian; other languages a plus.
Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and executive discussions.
