Job Summary

Overview

Were seeking a senior executive to lead transformation across a diverse group of companies. The role focuses on embedding generative and agentic AI into business operations ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency cost structure and customer experience across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Establish and run a central transformation office for the holding group setting the operating model governance and reporting standards.
Oversee a portfolio of AI-driven initiatives from quick-impact pilots to strategic programs reshaping core processes across subsidiaries.
Manage budgets performance metrics and ensure projects deliver sustainable business value.
Drive adoption at scale leading change management and building alignment across diverse teams and geographies.
Partner with board members and senior leadership to ensure clear communication on risks benefits and outcomes.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in enterprise transformation with direct P&L responsibility.
Expertise in AI data governance and leading large cross-business programs.
Track record of turning innovation pilots into enterprise-wide solutions.
Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are advantageous.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and inspire teams across multiple businesses.
