Were seeking a senior executive to lead transformation across a diverse group of companies. The role focuses on embedding generative and agentic AI into business operations ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency cost structure and customer experience across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Establish and run a central transformation office for the holding group setting the operating model governance and reporting standards.
- Oversee a portfolio of AI-driven initiatives from quick-impact pilots to strategic programs reshaping core processes across subsidiaries.
- Manage budgets performance metrics and ensure projects deliver sustainable business value.
- Drive adoption at scale leading change management and building alignment across diverse teams and geographies.
- Partner with board members and senior leadership to ensure clear communication on risks benefits and outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise transformation with direct P&L responsibility.
- Expertise in AI data governance and leading large cross-business programs.
- Track record of turning innovation pilots into enterprise-wide solutions.
- Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and inspire teams across multiple businesses.
