Job Summary

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Officer to join their sales team.

Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing customer accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products pricing and availability.
Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with the delivery and warehouse teams.
Follow up with customers on deliveries invoices and payment statuses.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date sales records reports and client databases.
Provide market feedback to management to support product development and marketing strategies.
Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in internal sales preferably in building materials or manufacturing.
