Job Description
Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Officer to join their sales team.
Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products pricing and availability.
- Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with the delivery and warehouse teams.
- Follow up with customers on deliveries invoices and payment statuses.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date sales records reports and client databases.
- Provide market feedback to management to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in internal sales preferably in building materials or manufacturing.
