Position: Cashier/Receptionist

Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for customer service Burlington Volkswagen a top automotive dealership in the tri-state area is seeking a dedicated part time Cashier/Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. If you have excellent communication skills attention to detail and a desire to contribute to a positive customer experience wed love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors warmly providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls responding to customer inquiries and connecting them with the appropriate department.
- Process payments for vehicle purchases service transactions and parts sales accurately handling cash credit cards and checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ensuring it reflects the dealerships professional image.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and maintaining customer records.
- Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cashier receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and securely.
- Proficient in using basic office software and dealership management systems.
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
