Overview:

The Associate Lead Integrated Media Analytics will lead the development of integrated reporting and analytics across paid search paid social programmatic GA4 SEO and retail media platforms. This resource will be responsible for building advanced dashboards supporting media mix modeling initiatives and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize media investment and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop implement and refine integrated media reporting across paid media and retail media channels.
  • Design and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations using BI platforms and SQL to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify media performance trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Support the execution and continual improvement of media mix models to measure channel effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support media planning by providing actionable insights and collaborating with internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy process efficiency and scalability across analytics initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends in media analytics business intelligence and emerging media platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Analytics Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5years of relevant experience in digital analytics media planning/reporting or a related role.
  • Proficient in SQL and dashboarding platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau Domo).
  • Familiarity with data modeling statistical analysis and media mix modeling or willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated success developing media reporting solutions across paid search paid social SEO and retail media.
  • Familiarity with media planning concepts and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Advanced command of English for business correspondence.
  • Team leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
