Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on: Product knowledge

Beauty application techniques (makeup skincare haircare etc.)

Customer service and selling skills

Brand guidelines and grooming standards

Train beauty advisors retail staff and field teams across Nykaa stores and partner counters.

Support new product launches by developing and delivering focused training modules.

Create training content including presentations manuals SOPs and videos.

Conduct refresher training sessions and skills assessments regularly.

Track and report training effectiveness through feedback KPIs and performance data.
-
Collaborate with the merchandising marketing and sales teams to align training initiatives.

Visit retail stores regularly to provide on-ground coaching mystery audits and performance support.

Stay up to date with beauty trends competitor launches and evolving customer needs.
-
Manage virtual training sessions for remote staff as needed.
