The Role

Cash App Investing is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join our Account Operations team. This role will execute established Cash App Investing customer account lifecycle processes and procedures while identifying tactical opportunities to improve efficiency. Reporting to the Account Operations Team Lead the Brokerage Account Operations Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of customer onboarding and account lifecycle events including legal name changes updates to customer records review of customer information and account closures to further Cash App Investings mission of making investing universally accessible. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail basic process automation experience and collaborative skills required to work effectively within established frameworks.

This role can be hired remotely in any Zone B C or D market.

You Will

  • Execute daily brokerage operations with accuracy timeliness and adherence to Written Supervisory Procedures.
  • Manage customer account lifecycle events and support data entry validation and regulatory reporting.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members and follow established resolution protocols.
  • Contribute to infrastructure projects by completing assigned tasks testing new procedures and providing operational feedback.
  • Identify and document process inefficiencies variations and tactical improvements for senior review.
  • Maintain working knowledge of SEC/FINRA regulations and support compliance monitoring and examination preparation.
  • Ensure accurate documentation recordkeeping and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams participate in meetings and training and support team cross-training initiatives.

You Have

  • 2 years of experience in brokerage operations back office functions
  • FINRA Licenses: Series 7 & 63 required
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem solving experience
  • Written and verbal communication experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis

Even Better

  • Experience with API integrations and automated workflows
  • Experience with change management in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools
