Job Summary

Supervise the day-to-day operations of Patient Access Center scheduling teams within the Cancer and Blood Disorders Division. Manage and lead staff including people management monitoring compliance productivity schedule adherence attendance quality onboarding training coaching and development. Oversee quality of care and service delivery processes including patient registration and scheduling. Partner with providers ambulatory clinics and leadership teams to ensure schedules are filled barriers are escalated care is coordinated as needed and teams adhere to clinic policies. Contribute to safety systems and policy management ensuring compliance with regulatory quality and customer service standards. Participate in the implementation of various process improvement goals and projects.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent least two of the following four:Bachelors Degree in Health Services Social Sciences Business Administration or related of two (2) years of experience in a similar supervisory of two (2) years of experience in health Scheduling Coordinator Procedure Coordinator or similar Epic Training and obtain a passing score on EUPA test within 2 weeks of start date.

Required Credentials

Preferred
Experience working in an emergency or ambulatory department of a hospital or medical working in a call center/contact working in a pediatric and/or academic medical managing a culturally diverse managing a remote workforce.

Compensation Range

$66707.00 - $100061.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
