Language requirement: English is mandatory - French is requested (french-speaking team)
Expected start date: January / February 2026
Duration: 6 months minimum
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum for which an agreement must be signed between GSK the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements the internship will not be paid. However some expenses will be reimbursed.

Thanks to the support of a Global Process Owner Manager with more than 15 years of experiences in GSK Vaccines Global Distribution you will be responsible to manage/support different topics which will be connected to 2026 prioritization.
In a context of implementation of One Distribution with the merge of GSK Vaccines and GSK Pharmaceuticals you will directly participate to Continuous improvement and/or projects which will carry on of One Distribution model.
Process improvement in outbound/shipment process (transport booking packaging invoicing 3PL/4PL models)
Process improvement in freight settlement & freight cost control
Compliance topics (data process mapping and criticality associated audit trail)
Discovery New technology as S4Hanna Gen AI Power BI
Robust our data management support reporting strategy associated & monitoring our performance (KPI)
Work with multiples distribution stakeholders (Technical team finance Quality suppliers cold chain/ transports)
Be proactive and curious
Appetite to work as a business partner building strong relationships with key stakeholders
Adaptability to change and working under pressure
Excellent communication skills that help you influence (for supporting change management)
Strong problem-solving skills driven by curiosity
