The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 140000 members worldwide it has become one of the largest radiological societies. It organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) in Vienna.
We are looking for a committed team member (20-25h/week) to support our Committee & Board Affairs team until the end of March 2026.
Tasks
- Supporting the team with coordination of committee/subcommittee meetings (incl. preparing agendas invitations presentations and minutes)
- Providing administrative support to the team (incl. meeting coordination correspondence and data maintenance)
- Managing and maintaining up-to-date lists and databases
- Support with scheduling and coordinating of meetings at the European Congress of Radiology (ECR)
- Preparing materials for presentations at external events (e.g. PowerPoint slides and factsheets)
- Managing website updates and assisting in the preparation of print and online publications
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (other languages are an asset)
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (particularly MS Excel and Google Sheets)
- Excellent organisational prioritisation and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
