ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Tier 2 Control Tower Analyst you will be responsible for creating next-day operations plays for delivery drivers warehouse workers and merchandisers while engaging with management to assess and address efficiency improvements across operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a next-day operations plan for delivery drivers warehouse workers and merchandisers

• Regularly engage and present in meetings with management assessing and addressing issues to implement improvements toward efficient operations

• Work autonomously as an individual or with a small team and take initiative to invent or innovate processes to streamline work and drive operational results

• Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop/execute action plans to close gaps

• Work on long-term strategic initiative projects in a small-to-medium sized team and present up to management regarding execution and results

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree required; Business Engineering Information Technology or Supply Chain preferred

• 2 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience

• Experience with Roadnet Territory Planner Routing Software preferred

• Broad understanding of wholesaler route-to-market strategies and a deep understanding of the sales and delivery routing process

• Strong analytical communication and presentation skills using Microsoft Office

• Demonstrated strengths in project management planning complex problem-solving and influence

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results that exceed customer expectations

• Willingness to relocate in the future for growth opportunities
