Job Summary
Help make a difference in the lives of our patients and find your purpose providing care and dignity to theMedical Unit 2patient population!
In this role youll lead a team of patient care providers that include Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants where youll participate in planning implementing and evaluating nursing care for our patients providing them a high standard of care within all guidelines policies and regulations.
To succeed youll need to work well independently and with others and have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers patients and their families. You should be able to assess and solve problems switch gears swiftly and be able to adapt to handle multiple tasks in a short period of time.
Schedule
- Full-time 60-72 hours every two weeks Onsite
- Night shift 12-hour shifts 7pm-7:30am
- Every other weekend (Fri-Sun) Every other holiday
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay based on experience and degree
- Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
- Bachelors in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
- Masters in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour
- Pay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour
- Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts
- $3500 hiring bonus and $5000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

Qualifications
- Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
- BSN required within three years
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
