Job Summary

Your Tasks

Leadership of strategic programs within Global Customer Care & Experience
Development of program roadmaps timelines and governance structures
Coordination of multiple projects and cross-functional teams
Stakeholder management and facilitation of global alignment
Monitoring of risks issues and dependencies
Definition and tracking of KPIs and benefits realization
Preparation of status reports and steering committee updates
Support of change management and global adoption of solutions

Your Profile

University degree in Business Administration Project/Program Management Information Systems or related field
Several years of experience in program or project management preferably in customer care / experience
Proven track record in managing global cross-functional programs
Strong skills in governance risk management program reporting and stakeholder management
Experience with program management tools (MS Project JIRA Confluence Smartsheet)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work across different cultures and global environments
