What you will do:
- Assist in planning and organizing our presence at external career fairs (logistics materials coordination).
- Help with event communication (e.g. photos videos invitations reminders follow-ups).
- Manage administrative tasks such as tracking registrations and preparing event documentation.
Qualifications :
- You are an enrolled student in HR psychology communications marketing business or a related field.
- Already have some experience with supporting event organization and working on multiple tasks at the same time using Office 365 tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive hands-on mindset.
- Passionate about HR employer branding or community management.
- Fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus.
