Job Skills / Requirements
- Good communication and building a relationship with the customer to address needs
- Must be able to work all aspects of the job
- Supervise and manage a janitorial staff/floor techs and address all client needs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinates all Floor Care Special Projects and Events activity involving Custodial Staff
Qualifications/Requirements for the Position:
- 2 years of Supervisory experience preferred
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Excellent problem solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must pass criminal background check drug screen and other pre-employment requirements as needed
