What Youll Do:

Provide strategic leadership and vision across all service lines.
Ensure consistency compliance and alignment with policies and procedures.
Foster a culture of quality safety and person-centered care.
Guide operational efficiency financial stewardship and service excellence.
Collaborate with the Executive Management Team and report directly to the CEO.
Supervise and support directors and key leadership roles across the organization.
