We are seeking a Ford Master Technician who is Ford-certified to join our team! This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical services on vehicles diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and a passion for delivering top-quality workmanship. Only Master Technicians with Ford or Lincoln experience need apply!

Ford Master Technician Benefits:
Annual compensation range of $75000 - $125000 plus based on experience certifications and skill (no maximum!)

Ford Master Technician Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications.
Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Ford Master Technician Requirements:
- Complete Required Courses: Finished all required courses in one specialty (gasoline diesel drivetrain or chassis)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Master Mechanic certification or ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician at a Ford or Lincoln Dealership
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment hand tools and specialized automotive repair software
Completion of trade school certificate program or mechanic training program (preferred)
Physical stamina and basic computer skills.
