Job Description
-Learn on the fly fast paced growing company/various software
-Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft office
-Expense reporting calendar management travel arrangements
-Prepare subcontracts purchase orders change orders
-Compliance management
-Excellent customer skills/answering incoming calls/coordinate with vendors and customers
-Filing/organizing job charts
-Preparing letters and general documents
-Assist with business development and marketing
-Process incoming and outgoing mail drop packages off as required
-Oversee general upkeep and cleanliness of the office environment
-Keep track of office supplies
