Our client is seeking a Sales Analyst (Executive Administrator & Office Manager) who thrives on supporting leadership streamlining business processes and keeping operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is organized digitally fluent people-oriented and confident in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.

What youll do

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Provide direct administrative support to executives including calendar management travel coordination meeting preparation and minute-taking.
  • Manage CRM system records and support financial and accounting tasks such as bookkeeping invoicing and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee daily office operations supply management and document control.
  • Support HR-related tasks including onboarding expense management and internal reporting.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings events webinars and conferences.
  • Assist with marketing activities such as content scheduling campaign monitoring and event logistics.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for external partners and clients.
  • Organize internal documentation and support process improvements to ensure business continuity.
  • Assist with international project administration particularly maritime-related projects.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Microsoft 365 Power BI Copilot and other software tools to support decision-making.

Key Qualifications & Role Requirements

The successful candidate will be:

  • A natural communicator with strong writing and speaking skills.
  • Tech-savvy quick to learn new tools and able to make digital systems work seamlessly.
  • A collaborative team player across sales marketing operations and leadership.
  • Data-driven and analytical able to turn insights into action.
  • Calm under pressure dependable and positive in fast-moving environments.
  • Discreet and professional especially when handling financials or executive support.
  • Customer-focused approachable and engaging with partners and clients.
  • Eligible to work in both in Canada and the United States preferred.
  • Dutch language skills are an asset but not required.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in executive support office administration or operations coordination.
  • Relevant college or university degree.
