Job Description

PERGOLUX is a rapidly growing e-commerce company in the Home & Garden sector that designs manufactures and sells Pergolas. Founded in Norway PERGOLUX is constantly looking for growth opportunities and is already available in more than 15 countries in Europe Australia North America and South America.

What Youll Do

  • Convert leads through chat phone and email into sales. Prioritize and manage a robust pipeline of leads to ensure no opportunities are missed
  • Customer Consultation: Provide tailored recommendations highlighting the benefits of our premium pergolas and accessories
  • Order Coordination: Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products such as accessories or maintenance services
  • Competitor & Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies
  • Event & Exhibition Assistance: Help prepare for and attend sales events to showcase our products and engage with customers
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain lead records in the CRM and assist in analyzing sales performance to improve strategies

What Were Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Preferably experienced in selling high-value consumer products
  • Experience with Hubspot preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Native in Italian and fluent in English (C1)
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques
