What Youll Do

• Build and optimize the full funnel from awareness to conversion tailored to your market.
• Design media mix strategies focusing on Meta Google and email marketing.
• Leverage creative strategies to ensure high-performing campaigns especially on Meta.
• Identify and launch new marketing channels when relevant.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across paid and organic channels.
• Analyze and optimize performance metrics such as ROAS CAC and revenue growth.
• Make small website adjustments to improve user experience and campaign outcomes.
• Partner with global experts for Google Meta creative and cross-channel strategies.
• Localize global best practices while customizing for your markets unique needs.
• Streamline operational tasks by leveraging automation tools and outsourcing.
• Manage external resources for tasks like ad uploads translations and reporting.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with a strong track record of driving significant results.
• You understand what a marketing funnel needs to look like and how to nurture users down the funnel.
• Good understanding of paid social & paid search advertising including creative strategy keyword research bid management and ad copy optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Passion for staying ahead of the curve constantly seeking new opportunities and strategies to optimize performance.
