Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Must be a local candidate and specify current location in the resume
- Must be available for in-person interviews and able to start within 2 weeks of offer
- Must use own working computer or laptop (no equipment provided)
- Responsible for data quality activities related to public health surveillance
- Process updates to cases in the surveillance database
- Clean and maintain surveillance data
- Maintain and update protocols for surveillance processes
- Route infectious disease reports and laboratory results (scanned and electronic)
- Train epidemiologists and other staff in report routing
- Provide consultation to disease data entry staff
- Suggest and implement process improvements for data routing
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) groups
- Perform other related duties as assigned
