Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager for a Food and Beverage company located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions including recruitment training performance management employee relations and compliance with labor laws. The role will involve collaborating with department managers to develop HR strategies that align with the companys goals and values.


Qualifications

  • Strong on HR ops
  • Recruitment Training and Performance Management skills
  • Employee Relations and Compliance knowledge
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field


Ideal candidate:


Age group of 35-45 years.

10-14 years of HR experience

Experience with F&B hospitality Liquor industry travel and Tourism and airlines would be beneficial

Experience of general HR with TA would be an added advantage.
