- Ability to use and develop computer software for analysis costing scheduling and estimating (Microsoft Office and AutoCAD)
- Attention to Detail Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. Assist staff in their work with calculations results of energy model and offer feedback as needed.
- Willingness to travel for business on a regular basis up to 25%
- Confidence to make decisions and a strong commitment to team success
- Knowledge to design mechanical systems
Education / Training Required
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering electrical electrical controls and/or applied physics
- 5-7 years (minimum) experience in technical related field of energy and/or energy efficiency
- 2-3 years experience supervising technical staff
- Previous exposure to energy analysis/study a plus as is LEED AP CEM EIT and PE
