The Opportunity
This role is pivotal in actively supporting various services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business Services. Youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic digitally enabled training designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Digital Assurance and Transparency team you will work to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and deepening your understanding of the business context. You will collaborate with engagement managers in planning engagements propose customized audit work programs and lead the execution of audit tasks by conducting interviews and assessing internal controls.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with engagement managers to plan audit engagements
Proposing tailored audit work programs
Leading the execution of audit tasks by conducting interviews and evaluating internal controls
Building and nurturing client relationships
Analyzing complex business issues from strategy to execution
Mentoring and guiding junior team members
Upholding high standards in deliverables
Developing a thorough understanding of the business context
What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Management Information Systems Computer and Information Science Information Technology Economics Business Administration/Management Engineering or Statistics
At least 3 years of combined relevant experience in IT audit and external/internal audit
Certified Public Accountant and/or CISA certification (additional certifications are an advantage)
Oral and written proficiency in English
