Primary Purpose
Assist ITS Help Desk Technicians with setup troubleshooting and maintenance of all computers and peripherals on SWOCC campuses.
***This position is only open to Student Workers***
*3 to 20 hours per week*
Description of Essential Functions
Clean diagnose and repair devices. Set up hardware/software systems set up computers/printers in networked environment image multiple computers on a network remove viruses cable cleanup management windows updates identify problems and data entry.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Must be current degree-seeking student enrolled in at least 6 credits.
Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
Must be eligible to receiveFWS based on financial need and eligibility requirements determined by FAFSA.
