The Role
Were looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Canada. This is not an entry-level position. Were seeking professionals with at least 2 years of B2B appointment setting and sales experience who understand the rhythm of outbound sales are confident on the phones and thrive in high-performance environments.
This is an appointment-setting role so if you excel at cold calling pipeline building and generating opportunities this position is a great fit.
Because many of our clients operate in cybersecurity and related technology fields prior experience selling into or working with cybersecurity companies will be considered a strong asset.
In this role youll be responsible for generating qualified meetings with decision-makers for our clients using a proven multi-channel approach (calls emails LinkedIn and more). Youll leverage provided prospect lists while applying your own expertise in prospecting lead qualification and relationship building.
What Youll Do
- Drive outbound activity to generate qualified meetings for our tech and cybersecurity clients in the US and Canada.
- Confidently pitch and qualify prospects engaging with executives and C-level decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to execute targeted campaigns and strategies.
- Use our tech stack to track activities maintain CRM hygiene and report results accurately.
- Share ideas feedback and best practices to continuously improve client outcomes.
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in SDR/BDR or sales development roles (agency and/or cybersecurity industry experience strongly preferred).
- Proven success in outbound lead generation and cold calling.
- Strong understanding of US and Canadian markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to engage and persuade senior executives over the phone and across digital channels.
- Results-driven ambitious and motivated by clear targets.
- A fast learner who thrives in a collaborative high-growth environment.
