Job Description

About the Role:

Duties & accountabilities

  • Understand clients regulatory outreach requirements assist in designing and implementing outreach campaigns to meet their requirement using Outreach360 platform
  • Operational support basis customer requirements on one or more products. This includes setting up accounts and users researching on entities creating custom branded email templates conduct outreach to support global investment banks or asset managers on their regulatory and compliance needs.
  • Become highly skilled in understanding regulatory matters related to ISDA CFTC SEC ISLA etc and maintaining Operational Processes by creating SOPs playbook and FAQs for client communication
  • Serves as subject matter expert by assisting peers and leadership and implement a quality control review of operational activities and work with business partners to validate the integrity of data and documents maintained for all Regulatory and Compliance platforms
  • Manage relationships with clients internal teams stakeholders and conduct project specifics tasks in line with the assigned projects
  • Developathorough understanding of IHS Markits ISDA Amend platform for assisting clients in regulatory outreach campaign execution and track/assist in client queries as a managed services offering.
  • Fix US off.

Business competencies

- Education and experience: In-depth understanding of different financial products capital markets and regulations or experienced in Investment banking operations preferably in Derivatives Documentations

Data analysis skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office are preferred

Batchelors Degree with excellent verbal and written communication skills

6-8 years experience preferred

Effective coaching/ training skills. Client service orientation quality focus organisation and planning skills Resiliency and effective change management skills

- Commercial awareness: Have an excellent client service ethos and be able to communicate effectively with onshore team.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with bank compliance and risk management a plus

- Management requirements: People management experience of 2 years

- Personal impact: The ideal candidate will need to be detail oriented and task driven with a strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

- Teamwork: Able to contribute and get work managed by teammates as part of a team
